Nature of the instrument — non-diagnostic notice
The RDP is a psychometric instrument for self-knowledge and relational clarity. It is not a medical device, nor a tool for psychological or clinical diagnosis, and it does not replace the support of a healthcare professional. Its results describe dynamics and perception gaps — never verdicts on people. Some analyses in the report are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence, under a controlled methodology.

AI transparency
In accordance with the European regulation on artificial intelligence (Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — limited-risk system): some analyses in your report, in particular those based on your free-text narrative answers, are produced with the assistance of an artificial-intelligence system, under a controlled methodology with validity safeguards. The RDP is designed for self-knowledge, not clinical diagnosis.
Personal data (GDPR)
- Data processed: your questionnaire answers (64 quantitative items and free-text narrative answers), the scores and reports derived from them, and account information (username, email address).
- Purpose: producing your relational profile, compatibility reports and related recommendations. Your raw narrative answers are analyzed with AI assistance under a controlled methodology; they are never sold or used for advertising.
- Staff access: authorized MKN Coaching staff may view your answers and your report, only to provide you with support, to prepare a debrief you have asked for, and to improve the quality of the instrument. Every time your file is opened from our internal console, it is recorded in an access log. These staff never change your answers and do not export your data in bulk.
- Generation records: we keep the technical record of how your report was produced for as long as that report exists, and it is deleted along with your account. It is included in “Download my data”, in a readable form: what our tools have written about you and the data of your report. You will also find there the date, the page and the purpose of each consultation of your file by our staff. Information that also concerns another person appears there in the form of their role (for example “your partner”), without their identifiers; the readings that concern them are not included unless you have both consented to sharing. To protect their rights, information specific to that person that the service does not show you is not included (for example, who withdrew a share). Excluded are, on the one hand, the internal elements of our method — instructions, parameters, the models' intermediate reasoning and intermediate conclusions, and internal calculations —, which are protected as trade secrets, and, on the other, the technical operating data of our tools (for example: processing times, error messages, status and order of processing steps), the security data of your account and the connection data of our staff. - Deletion: your data can be deleted on request, at any time, by contacting us through the details above. You also have rights of access, rectification and portability.
- Payments: payments are processed by the SENSAÏ Hub via Stripe; the RDP stores no banking data.
